PostYugoslav Voices (aka Balkan Voices)  is the name of a series of initiatives of the Erasmus Studio for e-research of the Erasmus University Rotterdam, aimed at applying innovative search technology in digital recorded oral history. This website contains information about a series of oral history projects carried out in several regions in former Yugoslavia.

The various projects aim at the creation of collections of interviews with victims of war and detention during the violent events that occurred between 1941 and 1999. The audiovisual interview recordings will be published on an open and freely accessible website in a lightly edited version, with English subtitles and advanced search options. The unedited sources (fully transcribed, annotated and translated) will be available for researchers in a restricted access environment. The first subproject, CroMe, is expected to be completed in October 2013.

Funding for the initiatives has come from several sources (see project descriptions) and acquisition of additional resources in order to expand the projects is ongoing.
